The smoothie can be made in so many ways; either a sweet desert made with ice cream and fresh fruit; or yogurt for breakfast; or even fresh pureed vegetables mixed with fruit for the right healthy sweet combination. I don’t add sugar, so they’re made with fresh, raw ingredients for the best health benefits.
The Green Machine: Raw Spinach, Green Apples, and Green Beans or Broccoli. This is a delicious green smoothie; healthy with the sweet taste of apples.
Apricot, Pear, Mango and Orange Smoothie. So delicious and summery flavor, definitely rich in Vitamins and Energy.
Mixed Berries: Blueberries, Strawberries and maybe a banana or grapes. This mixed with Yogurt is a delicious breakfast; along with a Bagel and Cream Cheese or by itself.
Ice Cream Smoothie: Any flavor of ice cream mixed with Fresh or Frozen Fruit; delicious healthy mix; sometimes I add chopped nuts and if I’m feeling really adventurous, I’ll add chocolate syrup for more flavor.
