Take any vegetable and steam it to your liking; then sautee it in Olive Oil and garlic, basil, thyme, oregano or whatever spice blend you wish. Change it up by using margarine or butter; mix in some white wine if you want. Have fun with spices.
Cover it with a Cheese Sauce or Sauce made of heavy whipping cream and garlic, cilantro or other spices.
Try adding a jalapeno or cooking it with breadcrumbs. Mix and match or focus on one at a time.
