This is a favorite Lunch Time meal of mine, with a few variations to change it up from just your everyday Turkey or Chicken Sandwich.
I like to add:
Pesto in place of mayonnaise or mustard. Sometimes I use Spicy Mustard.
Lettuce or Spinach
Tomato and Onion
All kinds of Cheese; Parmesan for a Hot Turkey Sandwich
Roasted Red Bell Pepper
I prefer Wheat Bread over white bread for health benefits; my most favorite being Oat Nut.
Served with a Pickle and Bagel Chips or regular chips with an Iced Tea or Glass of Lemonade.
