Mini Deserts

Almost any desert can be made into a mini decadent treat, as long as you have the right baking tools, which is really just a cup-cake pan and maybe a cake decorator.

It just requires a little creativity, some cake mix, pudding, whip cream, frosting, fruit and maybe chocolate syrup.

It’s simple and easy to make cupcakes, cut them in half, and layer them with pudding or whip cream, topped with fresh strawberries, or chopped bananas or cookies, ice creaming or whatever sounds good.

Following the baking directions and making it look pretty is the only creative part of the preparation.
