Omlets are so simple to make! I sometimes struggle with filling it with the right amount of mixture and flipping it over at just the right time, so it seals up all the delicious ingredients, but the taste is always a pleaser!
The Meat Lovers Omelet include Eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, cheese, and sausage or bacon (or both if you’re really special), topped with fresh salsa and potatoes on the side.
The Vegetarian Omelet is especially delicious and healthy with Eggs, Spinach, Cheese, Mushrooms and Onions. Even better when cooked with Salmon Cream Cheese, served with a buttermilk biscuit.
An omelet is really just scrambled eggs with Veggies and Meat mixed in. You can either mix everything together and fry it flat in the pan or you can put a few beaten eggs into the pan, letting it cook for a minute or two, then add sauteed vegetables or already cooked meats in it; flipping half of it over to close the omelet.
Either way, it’s delicious with a glass of Pulp Free Orange Juice and piece of toast.
